WHY WE LOVE THE SOUNDTRACK FROM CHRISTOPHER ROBIN
It’ll do more than just put you in a mood for hunny, that’s for sure!

When you have Pooh around, any day would bound to end up in an adventure – or, as he would say, expotition – even if you start the day doing absolutely nothing. Disney’s Christopher Robin is no different, and after you’ve left the theatre, you can count on composers Geoff Zanelli and Jon Brion to carry on the adventure, wherever your feet take you.
The Christopher Robin Original Motion Picture Soundtrack goes from sentimental and nostalgic to mysterious and enchanting to quirky and enthralling from minute to minute. “Storybook” and “But I Found You, Didn’t I?” feel bittersweet, like saying goodbye to one’s childhood, but the pace picks up with the jaunty “Train Station” and “Heffalump Battle” that would fit right into Winnie-The-Pooh attractions at Disneyland. Then, you have “Chapters” that feels almost indie-folk with its voice chorus and percussion beats.
What makes the soundtrack extra special are the nods and winks to music from previous Winnie-The-Pooh movies. For instance, “Nothing Ever Bad Came From Bouncing” is reminiscent of “The Wonderful Thing About Tiggers”. There even are two tracks – “Busy Doing Nothing” and “Christopher Robin” – sung by the legendary Richard M. Sherman himself. He, along with his brother Robert B. Sherman, were the minds behind the music of The Many Adventures of Winnie The Pooh, among many other Disney classics!
Whether you’re on a scenic train ride, sitting by the window on a rainy day, lazing on the grass on a spring morning or firmly planted on your couch with a pot of hunny in hand, the soundtrack will be perfect company. Plug in, close your eyes and join in the fun with the crew from the Hundred Acre Wood.
