1. What is Pop-Up Disney! A Mickey Celebration?
Pop-Up Disney! A Mickey Celebration is a tribute to Mickey Mouse, the icon that has delighted the hearts of many across the decades. Originally from the Downtown Disney District at Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California, Pop-Up Disney! A Mickey Celebration makes its way to Asia for the first time ever – just for you.

2. What can I expect at Pop-Up Disney! A Mickey Celebration?
From lounging on a giant Bow sofa to immersing yourself in an infinity of Mickey ear hats, get ready to capture moments in 7 themed rooms that celebrate Mickey Mouse in 7 unique ways! Be prepared to whip out your cell phones to create magical memories that will last a lifetime. Want to bring the celebration home? Make sure you don’t miss out on the wide selection of toys, apparel, collectibles and more at the Mickey Mart retail store!

3. What should I bring?
► Confirmation Voucher (mobile or printed voucher)
► ID for identification purposes
► Proof of vaccination, or for unvaccinated individuals, a valid negative COVID-19 ART3 or PCR results from a MOH-approved COVID-19 test provider within 24-hours of the visit
► Your mobile phone or cameras for taking photos!

4. Are there lockers on-site?
There are no lockers available on-site.

5. Are there provisions for persons with limited mobility?
Yes! We welcome everyone to enjoy this experience.

6. Is there lift access for families with strollers?
For lift access, guests can approach the security team at Level 1 for assistance and be directed to the nearest lift.

7. Who can I contact for more information (including if there are any benefits/privileges for organised group bookings such as for corporates)?

B. TICKETING & PAYMENT

1. What is included in the ticket price published on the website?
All ticket prices are inclusive of the prevailing rate of Goods & Services Tax and booking fee.

2. How many days is my ticket valid for when I purchase it online?
All tickets comes with stipulated Date and Time slots.

3. Can I purchase a ticket onsite?
No. All tickets must be purchased online. This is to ensure that slots are pre-booked by all guests to give you the best experience at Pop-Up Disney! A Mickey Experience.

4. What kind of payment methods do you accept?
Mastercard, Visa, NETS, AMEX and Grab Pay.

C. OTHERS

1. Are food and drinks available?
No. We do not sell food and drinks. Food and drinks are not permitted in the exhibition.

2. Does attending this event require Pre-Event Testing (PET)?
PET is not required as Pop-Up Disney! A Mickey Celebration is a Masks-On venue.

3. Will I need to wear a mask during the duration of the visit?
Masks must be worn at all times even when taking photos.

4. What time do I need to arrive before the show?
Guests must arrive at the entrance of Pop-Up Disney! A Mickey Celebration 10 minutes prior to the reserved time slot.

5. Do I need a ticket to visit the Mickey Mart retail store?
No, you do not. Mickey Mart is a non-ticketed experience and is open to the public.

Game rules and tips
1. You will need a mobile phone with a camera function and mobile data or WiFi for an internet connection. For the activity to work, check that your mobile web browser is not set to incognito or private browsing.

2. To begin, scan the QR code with your phone. Then, enter your unique 10-digit Klook voucher number – you’ll only need to do this once; the voucher number will be automatically filled in after the first room. Psst – If you don’t have a phone, ask your Mom or Dad to help you out!

3. Each of the 7 rooms will have a QR code. Scan each QR code using the same mobile phone to answer the question. Guests are not permitted to backtrack after leaving an experience room, so keep your eyes peeled!

4. A point will be given for each correct answer. Answers are not allowed to be changed after you’ve submitted your selection, so choose wisely! You will need to score at least 3 correct answers to qualify for a prize.

5. After answering the last question, proceed to the Redemption Counter located on the right of the Entrance. Using the same mobile device, scan the final QR code at the counter to unveil a virtual scratch card. Scratch to reveal your prize! To collect your prize, present the prize page with your Klook ticket number to the Redemption Counter staff for verification.

Terms and conditions:
1. All prizes are subject to availability.

2. Each successful completion of Pop-Up Disney! Trivia is valid for the redemption of 1 prize only.

3. Participating guests will need to get at least 3 correct answers to qualify for prize redemption.

4. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and cannot be changed for cash.

5. Pop-up Disney! A Mickey Celebration reserves the right to amend the prizes and/or change these terms without prior notice.

For participation at Pop-Up Disney! A Mickey Celebration:
• You will need a mobile phone with a camera and mobile data or WiFi for internet connection.
• Step 1: Scan the QR code on the display screen in the Mickey Loves Singapore: Dreamland Carnival room.
• Step 2: A digital colouring page will appear on your mobile phone’s default browser.
• Step 3: Put on your creative hat – or ears! – and select the colour you want, then tap on the spaces to fill them in.
• Step 4: Enter your name to submit your entry when you are done.
• Step 5: Picture perfect! Step back and admire your work of art. Get your cameras ready to snap a shot of it on the screen or download it for keepsake.

Help! I cannot access the QR code.
Make sure your phone is connected to the internet and try scanning the QR code again.

Help! I cannot finish my colouring on time!
Although you may not be able to see your art displayed on screen, you can continue colouring outside of the room. Don’t forget to save a copy of your masterpiece on your phone!

I cannot see my digital submission on the screen.
Your submission will be in the queue and may not appear right away. Don’t worry – its moment to shine is almost here! Please give the screen a few minutes to work its magic and explore the rest of the room in the meantime.
